At Lumea Skincare, your satisfaction matters. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to meet your expectations.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, returns and refunds cannot be processed unless required by applicable law. EU consumers additionally benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original undamaged packaging, unused and unopened (sealed products must remain sealed), accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email), and have a return request initiated within the 30-day window.
Non-returnable items: opened or unsealed cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lumeaskin.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no cost to you.
4. Return Process
Email contact@lumeaskin.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 3 business days. If approved, you will receive a return authorization and return address. Ship the item securely using a tracked shipping service. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Do not send returns without prior written authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time is 5 to 10 business days after approval, which may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or damaged (our fault), or if the wrong item was received (our error), OCTOBRAVE LLC covers return shipping. If the customer changed their mind or no longer wants the item, or in the case of the EU statutory 14-day withdrawal, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange a product, please return the original eligible item and place a new order.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
OCTOBRAVE LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation. Please contact your local carrier directly and file a claim with them. We will do our best to assist in resolving the situation.
