By accessing or using lumeaskincare.fr or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Parties

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between OCTOBRAVE LLC (EIN 98-1930425, Casper, Wyoming, USA — "we," "us," or "Company") and any individual or entity accessing or using this website ("you" or "Customer").

2. Products

OCTOBRAVE LLC sells physical cosmetic and skincare products through lumeaskincare.fr. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are illustrative only; actual appearance may vary.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase selected products. A binding contract is formed only upon our sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment authorization failure. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are displayed before payment is confirmed. We accept major credit and debit cards and all methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. OCTOBRAVE LLC does not store card information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to countries listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee. OCTOBRAVE LLC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier handoff. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

EU-based consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@lumeaskin.com before the period expires. Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, which may apply to certain skincare products. Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or the withdrawal notice, whichever is later.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on lumeaskincare.fr is the exclusive property of OCTOBRAVE LLC or used under license. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its products are provided "as is." Our skincare products are for cosmetic use only — they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary. Always perform a patch test before first use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCTOBRAVE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing herein excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. EU consumers additionally benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence and may bring claims before the courts of their domicile. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Prior to formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication at contact@lumeaskin.com.

11. Modifications

OCTOBRAVE LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
